Everyone is welcome to register for the morning educational programs, Center Stage, the Showcase Reception and Showcase Luncheon.

Exhibition Attendance
Access to the exhibition is strictly limited to: employees of associations, non-profit organizations and association management companies as well as corporate and government meeting planners. Exhibit management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone.

MAKING THE AISLES SAFER…NO “WHEELIES” ON THE SHOW FLOOR NO wheeled carts or bags will be allowed on the show floor. Luggage carts, rolling computer cases, and all other wheeled carriers must be left at coat check. Association Forum of Chicagoland will not be responsible for any loss or damage related to checked bags. This policy does not apply to participants with medically-necessary mobility equipment. Luncheon Seating ... Reserved tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may choose to be in the Grand Ballroom or Columbus Hall. Cancellation ... You must cancel in writing by December 1 to be eligible for a refund. Absolutely no refunds after December 1, regardless of cause. Location ... The Hyatt Regency Chicago is located at 151 East Wacker Drive, Chicago, just east of Michigan Avenue. Holiday Showcase registration will be held in the West Tower, Regency Level. Transportation ... Parking is available at two Hyatt garages, accessible via lower Stetson Drive, or at nearby parking facilities. Mention that you're a Holiday Showcase attendee and receive the special parking rate.
